The marking is made directly on the plastic lid.

Previously, small additional labels were stuck on the lids. This regularly caused problems:

Solution

Best-before dates and batch numbers are now printed directly onto the plastic lids - compact, clearly legible and without additional materials. Using suitable ink, high-contrast and smudge-proof markings are created on smooth plastic lids, slightly curved surfaces and matt and glossy plastics.
