2. Fill out the form & enclose it

Fill out the form and include it with your device.

3. Send device to REINER

Pack your device securely for transport and send it to our technical service department with the form.

4. Received order confirmation

You will receive an email with the price and binding delivery date.

5. Returned repaired device

After successful final quality control, you will receive your device back with a 6-month warranty on the repair.

Outside the EU: RMA required to avoid import duties

For repairs from countries outside the EU, you will need an RMA number. Please send us a short email with your contact details and the device type. Our service team will immediately issue you with your personal RMA number and assist you with international shipping.
