Inline marking for automated production processes
The REINER® jetAxis 100 is an industrial inline marking system for the automated coding of products, packaging and components directly in production lines. Using thermal inkjet technology (TIJ), the system prints texts, barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, batch codes and variable data precisely on cardboard, plastic, wood, metal and other surfaces - without labels and without additional manual work steps.
Thanks to its compact design, sensor and encoder integration and print speeds of up to 500 mm/s, the jetAxis 100 is ideal for production, packaging and logistics processes with changing data and high demands on process reliability and flexibility.

Graphics / Logos
Company logos, symbols and simple graphics are printed directly onto products, packaging or cartons - without labels and without additional work steps. Ideal for brand identification, product recognition and visual cues directly on the production line.
1D & 2D codes
Barcodes, QR codes and data matrix codes are applied automatically and precisely during the production process. Suitable for traceability, serial numbers, tracking and digital processing in logistics and industry.
Variable data
Batch numbers, serial numbers, consecutive numbering and variable production data are printed in real time. Ideal for automated processes with changing content and high process reliability.
Date & time
Production, inspection or time stamps are printed directly onto packaging and products - automatically updated and reliably legible. Ideal for documentation, quality assurance and legal labeling requirements.
Texts & Notes
